The Yoga Center of Dr. S. C. Gulhane Prerna College of Commerce, Science, and Arts is established to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, emotional balance, and spiritual growth among students and staff. The Center encourages the practice of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Mindfulness as integral components of a healthy lifestyle.
